Weather Update: Depression Weakening, Isolated Rains Expected.

The depression dragged by the Westerly Trough has moved into the open sea and is no longer affecting any part of India. The system has weakened due to disorganized clouds and exposed low-level circulation. Over the next two days, it is expected to weaken further and may return closer to Tamil Nadu near Christmas, bringing isolated rainfall on December 26 and 27. KTCC (Kanchipuram, Tiruvallur, Chennai, and Chengalpattu) might witness some isolated rains on Christmas Day.In the past two days, instability has been observed in the central districts of Tamil Nadu, including Salem, Trichy, Madurai, Karur, Virudhunagar, and Pudukottai. Similar conditions are expected today in regions like Salem, Trichy, Pudukottai, Sivagangai, Ramanathapuram, Madurai, Krishnagiri, Dharmapuri, and Perambalur. Bangalore could also see surprise showers.These rains will be scattered and unpredictable, meaning some areas may experience rainfall while others might not.
